At a Glance

• Furmy is played without any account or sign-in; it does not ask for identifying information such as name, email, or phone.
• Your game progress is stored only on your device and is not sent to our servers.
• The game is suitable for a family-friendly mixed audience that includes children; ads are not personalized and the Android advertising ID permission is not requested.

What information is processed?

• No account: there is no registration or login; no personal data such as name, email, phone, or precise location is requested.
• Progress stays on device: completed levels, stars, Paw Tokens, daily missions and milestones, unlocked animals, animal mastery, shelter level, the last care-gift day, and the age range selected for ad safety are kept only in your device's local storage.
• Limited technical data for ads: the ad provider may process limited technical data such as IP address and the approximate region derived from it, device information, ad views/interactions, diagnostics, and device or app identifiers depending on configuration.
• Furmy servers: game progress, free-form text, and persistent player profiles are not sent to our servers.

Ads

Furmy is supported by optional rewarded ads and short interstitial ads. Short interstitial ads may appear only at natural transitions after a level win; they are not shown during gameplay, after a loss, or in the tutorial.

You can choose to watch a rewarded ad for extra Paw Tokens, an increased level reward, or a continuation option offered on screen. The reward is explained before the ad, and accepting the offer is optional. Declining does not reduce your base level reward or existing progress; a free retry remains available.

The neutral age-range choice at first launch only sets advertising and privacy flags; it does not ask for your full date of birth or change the game. Ads are not personalized for any age group, the maximum ad content rating is G, the publisher first-party ID is disabled, and the Android AD_ID permission is not requested.

A Google UMP privacy message is shown when required. When Google makes this option available, you can reopen your choices through the privacy options in the game settings. AdMob may process technical data for ad delivery, measurement, security and fraud prevention. See the Google Privacy Policy for details.

Children's and Teenagers' Privacy

Furmy's mixed audience includes children. Furmy does not ask children for direct identifying or contact information such as a name, email address, phone number, full date of birth, or free-form text. The age-range choice stays on the device and is used only to apply safe advertising signals. Personalized ads are not shown. Google AdMob may process the limited technical data described above to serve ads, maintain security, and prevent fraud. If a parent has a concern, they can contact us at support@alprivo.app.

Sharing

We do not sell user data and we do not build advertising profiles. Only the ad provider processes the limited technical data needed to serve ads and maintain security, under its own policy. The absence of the AD_ID permission does not mean that the provider processes no technical data.

Retention and Deletion

Because your game progress is stored on your device, deleting the app or clearing your device data removes this information. Since we keep no game account or progress record about you on our servers, no separate "account deletion" step is needed.

Website and Support

Furmy's overview, privacy, and support pages are served as static content on alprivo.app through Cloudflare Pages. Cloudflare may process limited connection data such as an IP address, browser/device information, requested URL, and technical diagnostics under the Cloudflare Privacy Policy to deliver content, prevent abuse, and maintain network security.

If you email support, your email address, message, and any device/game details you voluntarily provide are processed to answer the request, provide technical support, and protect the service. This information is not linked to a game profile. Do not send passwords, a full date of birth, or an advertising ID. Support records are kept only as long as needed to resolve the request and meet applicable legal or security obligations, then deleted.

Permissions

Furmy does not request sensitive permissions such as contacts, photos, microphone, camera, precise location, or the Android advertising ID. Internet access is used to load ads. If an ad fails to load, existing progress and the basic level reward remain available.
